1. Introduction

Welcome to Herboza (“the Company”). By accessing our website, purchasing our Ayurvedic wellness and dietary products, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Orders & Deliveries

• All products ordered through the platform are dispatched through reputable courier partners upon successful payment verification.
• Estimated delivery timelines range between 3 to 7 business days, depending on shipping location and logistics availability.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details including pin code and contact phone number to prevent delivery delays.

3. Payment & Pricing

• All product prices displayed on the portal are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments must be made through authorized payment methods available on the platform (UPI, Net Banking, or Bank Transfer).
• Orders are confirmed and processed only after receipt of valid payment verification.

5. Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once shipped, cancellation is not applicable.
• Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and unused. Approved refunds are credited to the customer's original payment mode within 5 to 7 business days.

6. User Account & KYC

• Customers and Associates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Accurate identity details (such as PAN and bank details for payouts) are required for regulatory compliance and tax purposes.

Associate / Direct Seller Terms & Conditions

Herboza Wellness

1. Associate Relationship

By registering as an Associate with Herboza, you engage as an independent contractor/business associate to promote and sell genuine Herboza Ayurvedic products. You are not an employee, agent, or partner of the Company.

2. Code of Conduct & Fair Selling

• Associates must provide honest, factual information about product ingredients, benefits, and usage without making unsubstantiated medicinal claims.
• Associates must conduct business ethically, upholding customer satisfaction and company reputation at all times.
• Misleading representations or high-pressure selling tactics are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the associate account.

3. Commissions & Payouts

• Associates earn direct and level-wise commissions based on verified Product Volume (PV) and product sales generated across their team network as per the official company compensation plan.
• Commissions are calculated and disbursed into the verified bank account provided by the associate during KYC completion.
• All earnings and payouts are subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and other statutory deductions as per Government of India guidelines.

4. Compliance & Account Audit

• Herboza reserves the right to review sales records and compliance with company policies.
• Any fraudulent activity, fake registration, or violation of ethical guidelines will lead to forfeiture of accrued commissions and permanent account deactivation.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising between customers/associates and Herboza shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow / Kanpur (U.P.).
